Since its start in 2007, the study program M.Sc. Business Administration at Munich University of Applied Sciences guarantees an excellent education in business administration and, besides science and research, especially focuses on use cases in practice.

Cooperations with companies take place in form of a variety of events such as guest lectures, workshops or excursions. In the mandatory ‘project study’, master students are facing real challenges from practice in self-organizing project teams. The respective lecturer supports the team professionally and organizationally.

From an organizational point of view, these projects are combined under the label ‘Brainnovative Consulting’  in which companies and students work together on innovations.

In the compulsory project study, around ten projects per year are realized with the two master specializations

Thereby, a win-win situation for all participants is generated as companies are able to work together with engaged and well educated students who deliver suitable solutions. The students on the other hand, get the chance to gain practical experience during their studies. Frequently, these first touchpoints result in further reaching contacts in form of master theses or jobs.

Completed project topics cover the contents of the master courses, including

  • Business Architecture
  • Business Planning
  • Business Modeling
  • Change Management
  • Digitization Concepts
  • Business Process Optimization
  • Innovation Management
  • Project Management
  • Tool Evaluation
