Together with EY (www.ey.com), Frank Franzlik (Executive Director) and Katrin Meixensperger (Senior Consultant), the software manufacturer Celonis and the professors Lars Brehm and Rainer Schmidt of the University of Munich, master students work in the field of “Process Mining”. In the project, which initially took place in summer semester 2018, innovative methods to assess the impact of process improvement proposals and to make statements on how to design new processes for the entire enterprise in merger and acquisition situations are developed.
